As part of our dedication to providing exceptional service experiences, we have established a transparent refund policy regarding contracts such as ISO certification, Product certification, FDA-related services, and testing contracts. This policy outlines the guidelines for refund eligibility based on the initiation of services by our esteemed organizations, IAS and through its group Organization Empowering Assurance System (EAS).
Refund Eligibility Criteria:

*Services include: Allocation of project to its personnel, Analysis of product and services, data collection, Discussion with its associates such as consultants, Agents, Auditors, Technical Experts etc, Conducting initial meeting / Gap Audit meeting with the client or client’s representatives etc.,
IAS Refund Policy for ISO Training and Other Trainings:
In line with our commitment to delivering outstanding training experiences, we have implemented a clear and transparent refund policy for various training programs. This policy delineates the criteria for refund eligibility, contingent upon the commencement of training services by both IAS and our affiliated organization, Empowering Assurance System (EAS). The policy includes all training delivery methods, including:
- Open Classroom
- In-House Training
- Tutor-Led Virtual Classroom
- Online Self-Learning (30 Days)
We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the specific details of our refund policy, as outlined in the training agreement, to ensure a mutual understanding of the terms and conditions.
Refund Eligibility Criteria:

The login credentials has not been shared with the candidates for self-learning courses. *In the event that IAS withdraws from delivering the committed course due to reasons beyond its control, and it is unable to offer alternative batch days for training |

| Within 1-3 days prior to Course Start Date, or Course Already Commenced | 0% |
*Alternative Course Dates:EAS retains the right to modify course dates due to unforeseen circumstances. If alternative course dates are offered and communicated by EAS, 0% refund will be provided to candidates.
