The ISO 22301 Lead Auditor Training Course includes an overview of the ISO 22301 standard, an introduction to ISO 22301:2019, a training course for lead auditors, an explanation of the Annex XL framework, BCMS principles, business continuity policy and objectives, and business impact and risk assessment analysis. It provides the definition of auditing, its types and principles, ISO 19011 audit guidelines, audit planning and checklist preparation, audit follow-up, corrections and corrective actions, and audit report preparation. Furthermore, this course also covers the roles and responsibilities of the lead auditor and auditor profiles.

About the training program
